Mika Rankin

A case manager since 2002, Mika is one of our senior case managers. She is a specialist at working with Children and Children with complex condition, and their families. Being skilled at recruiting, employing and managing carers means the clients and families she works with are supported well and their life experiences are enhanced. She has a detailed understanding of the specific needs of each client and always fully explores various therapies, treatments and leisure activities to facilitate positive opportunities and outcomes.
