Siobhan O’Donnell

Siobhan qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2011. She has worked in various NHS settings, both acute hospital and in the community, with a complex case load of Adult and Children with wide ranging conditions including neurological conditions and brain injury. She has experience in managing the needs of complex clients in both inpatient settings including generic and specialist neurological settings for Adult and community services focusing on work with Children. She has completed rotations in a number of different areas such as major trauma, surgery and oncology, and elderly medicine which gives her a good basis for working with a wide range of clients referred to ACM. She has a person centred approach to working with clients and their families to establish clear goals and then ensuring that the outcomes are measured. Siobhan has experience in assessment and plannng skills and is able to identify the best personnel to create a multidisciplinary team around her clients in order to maximise their rehabilitation.
