Abigail Allen

Abigail has a broad scope of knowledge and experience of individuals with long term care needs, obtained through her background in District Nursing and Complex Case Management. Abigail has held a caseload of individuals with Complex Care Needs since March 2018 and is competent in undertaking comprehensive evidence-based assessments and regularly instigates and leads Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.
