Andie Minor

Andie has over 17 years’ experience of working with clients with a wide range of complex physical and mental health needs. Andie strives to promote a client’s quality of life and maximise their potential. She advocates for her clients and considers all aspects of their life, enabling and promoting opportunities and inclusion. She has a proven ability to develop a good rapport with clients and their families.

Andie’s current case management work includes, assessing the need for case management, care and rehabilitation by completing immediate needs assessments and ongoing update reports for her clients, ensuring there are adequate risk assessments and management strategies in place where these are required, designing and developing rehabilitation packages and monitoring the multi-disciplinary input, coordinating services from the statutory and independent sections and where required recruiting, training and managing support workers.
