Claire Christopherson

Claire is an experienced registered general nurse and case manager who has extensive knowledge of working with clients with complex needs.

She holds a mixed caseload of adults and children who have brain injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries as well as those with mental health conditions and amputees.

Claire’s cases range from 24-hour care packages to individuals receiving minimal support; these involve multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams including occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, endocrinology, vestibular physicians and the production of medical and functional reports in addition to case management.

Her career in the health profession is her passion and she feels very privileged to be able to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.
