Mika has 17 years’ experience supporting clients and families with a wide range of disabilities and complex health conditions. Mika started her journey supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Brain Injury, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health into Employment and Voluntary work. Not only supporting them to find work, also supporting employers to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace for their employee to achieve sustainable outcomes.
