[value]
With nearly 40 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Sally brings extensive knowledge, skill and insight to her practice. This experience has covered children, young people and adults covering a wide range of conditions and impairments. Her more recent career has been working with disabled children in the community, including cerebral palsy, autism, learning disability, ABI, challenging behaviours, life limiting conditions, complex medical conditions, sensory impairment and neuromuscular conditions amongst others. A central focus of her work has been supporting children and their families to promote independence and maximise potential, using creative solutions to overcome barriers. This has included the provision of specialist equipment, particularly for postural support and management, as well as advising on home adaptations to ensure a child can access their environment. She values working collaboratively alongside a team, coordinating services to provide the best possible outcomes to the child, whilst taking into consideration the needs of the whole family.
