Jane Woodward

Jane has 12-years of district nursing experience working as a Lead Band 6 and nurse case manager for people with long term conditions of varying complexities including provision of care for people with neurological conditions, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries challenging behaviour and epilepsy as well as palliative/end of life care. Jane has been a clinical case manager since 2018, where she provided ongoing support to clients with both brain injury & physical difficulties, supporting them with their rehabilitation goals, working with a variety of therapists and managing teams of support workers.
