Simon Webb

Simon has over 25 years of experience of working in social care, with 22 of them in various senior or management positions. Simon has a wide range of expertise and knowledge, supporting both Adult and Children with a variety of health and social care needs, ranging from: acquired brain injury, complex health, respiratory and physical disability care, Cerebral Palsy, learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Disorders and people with behaviours which may challenge. He has worked in a variety of settings such as day services, supported living, residential care, social work teams, supported employment and domiciliary care. For the last 12 years, Simon has been a team leader supporting clients case managed by Brownbill Associates Ltd, enabling his clients to live in their own home, maximising their independence, supervising/monitoring support staff and managing the care package on a day-to-day basis, in collaboration with the client, their families, deputies, the MDT and clinical case manager.
