Denika is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years’ experience working with a diverse range of clients with needs including spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, cognitive impairment, mental health challenges, and learning disabilities. Denika’s approach to case management is holistic and client-centered, ensuring that each client remains at the heart of their rehabilitation journey. Denika combines empathy with clinical reasoning to effectively address the complex challenges her clients encounter throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Denika is responsible for conducting initial needs assessments, coordinating tailored therapy and rehabilitation programmes, recruiting and managing support staff, overseeing packages, and working closely with clients’ families to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care.
