Esther Southern

Esther is an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years’ experience of working with a variety of clients including those with Acquired Brain Injury and those with both physical and mental health needs. Her approach to case management is conscientious and thorough with the client at the forefront of everything she does. Empathy and clinical reasoning guide Esther through the wide range of challenges that face our clients through their rehabilitation pathway.
Esther is responsible for initial needs assessments, co-ordinating bespoke therapies and rehab for her clients, as well as the recruitment, induction, supervision and management of support staff, monitoring of rehabilitation packages and working with the client’s family.
