Shelley Lewis

Shelley is an experienced case manager who provides case management for Children and Adult with complex needs. Shelley covers the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Shelley is a Registered Adult Nurse with over 16 years post registration experience. Starting in a specialist Neurology Acute unit, moving into District Nursing and becoming a Specialist Practitioner of Community Nursing has provided her with a unique knowledge and experience of brain injury and rehabilitation from acute onset into community management.
