Dawn Mather

Prior to moving into case management, Dawn was a top-performing and
commercially focused professional with more than fourteen years expertise in
all facets of business start-ups, business development, and leadership acquired
principally within the healthcare sector, including being a Registered Manager
from 2003 to 2006 for Allied Healthcare and Prestige Nursing, and then a
Business Manager/Registered Manager from 2006 to 2014 also for Prestige.
Since moving into case management in 2018 Dawn has been working
exclusively with complex clients presenting with spinal cord injury and brain
injury. She utilises her unique blend of skills and experience to deal with all
manner of complex non-clinical issues including coordination and management
of care and support teams, benefit issues, budget management and supporting
clients with their day to day lives. She is a collaborative communicator
continually focused on building long lasting relationships within the teams she
leads and works in. She is a motivational and inspirational leader capable of
training and developing individuals to enable them to fulfil their potential, an
asset where she is supporting team leaders to provide high quality leadership
to the clients care team.
