Jess provides case management services to children and adults with complex needs across the Midlands and North West. With a professional background spanning healthcare and policing, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, risk management, and a practical, client and family-focused approach to rehabilitation.
Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Jess served with Greater Manchester Police in both frontline and control room roles, developing strong skills in risk assessment, crisis management, communication, and multi-agency coordination. This experience underpins her practical, solution-focused approach to rehabilitation and case management.
Jess supports clients with a wide range of neurological, orthopaedic, and traumatic injuries, including cerebral palsy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal pain. She works flexibly to meet each client’s individual needs, ensuring timely, consistent, and holistic support.
