Samantha Metcalfe

Sam is a skilled Case Manager and experienced Occupational Therapist with over 12 years’ experience in both case management and working in diverse hospital and community settings which include A&E, stroke rehabilitation, rapid response, medical and neurorehabilitation.
Sam has experience of working with adults, children and young people and their families. Her approach to case management is conscientious and thorough with the client at the forefront of everything she does. Empathy and clinical reasoning guide Sam through the wide range of challenges that face our clients through their rehabilitation pathway.
Sam is responsible for completing immediate needs assessments, coordinating bespoke therapies and rehab, as well as the recruitment, induction, supervision and management of support staff, monitoring of rehabilitation packages and working with the client and their family to optimise potential and rehabilitation outcomes.
